    Question on Court Calendars?

    I just went into our judge's calendar to see if we were listed on his docket for our confirmation hearing scheduled for today 09/17 - and we are listed but I have a question what does this mean?:

    (related document(s)Set Missing Document Deadline)

    Does this mean the courts are missing documents, we have not heard squat from our attorney on any missing paperwork, i thought we pretty much had everything turned in at least we did when we had our 341 meeting.

    it does appear that the trustee doesn't have something. It doesn't necessarily mean that your attorney didn't send it it just means that the trustee's office is claiming it doesn't have it. When documents are sent electronically as they are now, sometimes they just all don't go through.

    you might want to contact your attorney and find out if he has received communication from the trustee regarding this.

      I'm feeling a little better, just basically got my head chewed off..but i did get my question answered. Took the advice and called attorney I was basically told to stop wasting peoples time and stay off of court and bankruptcy websites...supposedly the "missing document" had something to do with the paperwork from when we first filed, and the 15 day deadline. Was told to stop worrying if there was anything they had been needing, they would have called us before today...geesh! I know i worry about stupid stuff, but i was just trying to make sure that they had everything they needed, the comment posted on judge's docket worried me, so why shouldn't i ask questions..isn't that what i paid for., I didn't need to be scolded like i was 10 years old again.

        LOLOLOLOL I guess some attorney's cant handle the fact that their clients are up on their own cases. LOLOL

        keep checking up on your case. And you did the right thing not letting anything slip through the cracks. THey just didn't like being called out on it. LOLOL
