    Stupid question I am sure:

    Does my co-signer get notified when I file a Chapter 13 or whould he not get notified unless I missed payments and defaulted on the Plan?

    Our mortgage statement gets mailed to my address, if he will get notified, can i list him at my address?

    Yes, your co-signer will be notified by letter from the court that you filed.

    You are supposed to list him at his legal address (typically where he gets his own personal mail).

      are you trying to hide it from him? If so, big mistake. His credit report will show the account as "included in the bk of another"

      You need to come clean with the co signer

        not sure, my co signer had passed away .
