Over $311 on means test

I did my means test, but it did not allow me to include my $250 college loan and my TSP (4 year loan) $466.00. Should I still file chapter 7? My income will go down, due, to the tax exemptions; I short refi my home. I was paying $4200 a month down to $3200..but took a short refi loss. Now the unsecured debt is $101. Its saying I failed the means test--but my Schdule I & J show me as -$751 a month. Help.

It's all really about numbers....it you are coming up neg.(-) on your schedules, they you'll be fine. I was $21k over the median and was still able to file a ch 7.
