Ok so I looked up our case and I see under the claims summary they have everyone I listed, listed. How can I tell if a creditor actually files a claim?

It will have a number under "Claim Amount", which is the amount they filed the claim for. "Sheduled Amount" is how much you put down in your paperwork.

I dont' either on the data center 13 website but on pacer there are many

13DataCenter and 13Network are both updated by the Ch 13 trustee's office, not by the bk court. The court receives the claims first - that's why PACER tends to be a bit more timely than the two Ch 13 trustee websites.

Be prepared - in most cases, claims will trickle in throughout your 90 day claim period (120 days for the government). Four of ours came in during the last few days of our 90 day claim period.

I am a week away from 60 days and only one creditor out of 28 has filed a claim so far. Trustee moved to extend confirmation to December 1 for this reason. I am at a 28% payback.

I filed on aug 14, 2009. My trustee's site directs me to 13datacenter but I cannot get on because they say my trustee has not updated my info yet. Should I sign up for pacer? Will pacer have any info this early or should I just wait for the trustee to update this other site? It has not been 30 days yet and my 341 is scheduled for sept 30.

If your lawyer told you that there could be issues with your filing, then it makes sense to sign up for PACER (it's free to sign up, but do be careful to only look at your case to keep your PACER document viewing charges low). PACER starting having information about your case posted the day you filed.

You'll be notified by your trustee or the court by snail mail if any objections are filed for your case. Otherwise, there's no real reason to be on PACER.

If I were you, I would wait a little longer to see if your trustee's office staff updates your case on 13DataCenter.
