Received notice of 341 today

Well we go on Oct 14th for the 341, everyone has until 1/12 to file a claim and they have our confirmation hearing set for Nov 2. Does that make sense? I'm wondering how we get confirmed if there may still be outstanding claims, I'm guessing I don't have a clue and they have nothing to do with one another.....

I tried to get into the 13 datacenter, the other one doesn't look will work for my area, but I'm guessing our info is not yet in there, it has our address and our trustee's name, however the creditors they make you choose as your security questions none of them of ours. Maybe it's to soon....

Hi Dumbagain,
When I registered with 13datacenter, I also saw that none of the "creditor" security questions matched ours. Go back into the site, and when you get to that security question, there should be a "blank line" on the very top of the section with the possible creditors. Click on the blank line and try again.

Some Districts only have an Initial Confirmation Hearing (which is really just a status conference), becuase the Bankruptcy Code requires that a hearing is held no sooner than 20 days after and no longer than 45 days after the 341 Meeting.

If you're in one of those Districts that will actually confirm a plan before the claims bar date... oh well. It is what it is.

Thanks, I'm goofy, I saw that and never tried it, just went back in and it worked. Just curious, how long after filling did you start seeing claims coming in?
