My confirmation date has been rescheduled from Sept 22 to Dec 1. Received letter from trustee today and it explained that only one out of 28 creditors has filed claim against my case since my July 17 filing. Still haven't had 341 meeting yet. It has also been rescheduled for a later date. Letter states that "the debtors are current on plan payments and no objections to the plan have been filed, however until all claims are filed before the November 16 deadline, the trustee is unable to determine whether the plan makes appropriate distribution as required by the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act." She is extending the date for others to have sufficient time to file a claim. My question is if the total claims are less than the total amount of the plan over the five years will it be converted to 100% payback and discharged early? May be wishful thinking on my part, but is it possible?
