WV courts must be really backed up. Just checked PACER and court moved confirmation from September 22 to December 1. Only one creditor out of 30 has filed a claim so far according to NDC. 341 still scheduled for September 22.

DO you start making your pmts b4 your confirmation hearing ????? At what point do u make your first pmt ??? What happans if for some crazy reason its not confirmed ???Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones
