It seems I paid the most.

$3000.00 in the plan and $1000.00 up front. Total $4000.00 dollars. The trustee's fee is $6900.00. There is an additonal $10k in th eplan between attorney and trustee. I'm in the Phoenix, AZ area. I need to file bk from my bk. These rates sound pretty hight..

Hi, we are filing in the next couple weeks in CA. Our atty fees are $2500.00 up front, which includes the filing fee. Then $2000.00 throughout the plan. It looks like we are paying the most.

What did the Attorney charge you for filing Chapter 13?? Mine is $1475.00

in Michigan mine was 3,438.00 I paid the filing fee up front like $240
but the rest came out of the plan so no real cost to me cause that money would have gone to the cc people instead of my lawyer
