I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered this- where their attorney is not returning phone calls? I've been in the plan for 2 years now, but my payment was based on overtime pay when I started, and even was increased after about a year or so, because I was making more money. But for the last 4 months, I've had my pay cut to 40 hours a week, which is considerably less. Luckily, I have been able to save for an emergency fund all along, so I've been using that to supplement my income to pay my bills. The only response I've gotten back from my attorney was with an email, which she said she might be able to do something, and that was 3 months ago. Is this normal? I feel like I'm being hung out to dry!

Go to your attorney's office and wait for them to show up. Nothing gets them more motivated. If this is a single-attorney office, you may have to track them down (court days versus in the office days). In any event, find out where they are and show up there.
Now, your contract may only have provided for representation through confirmation, but I haven't seen one Chapter 13 Plan that doesn't pay the attorney a fee for "monitoring" throughout the plan.
Get on top of this.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

Justbroke is right. Show up at the door and don't leave until she tells you what she is or isn't going to do.
Another alternative is to pay a different lawyer to do the modification for you.Pay no attention to anything I post. I graduated last in my class from a fly-by-night law school that no longer exists; I never studied or went to class; and I only post on internet forums when I'm too drunk to crawl away from the computer.
