    Over it~

So this morning we are doing our pre-file counseling, MAN---They ask a lot of questions. I know its for our own good, but I'm so SICK of writing down who I owe money to and my income information....I guess if anything good came out of the 2005 changes, maybe it was this part, makes you think and understand NOT TO EVER do this again......
Filed August 09, all payments made as of July 12th, 2013.....Waiting on final audit and discharge!

Glad you're enjoying it because when you're through with this one, you've got a whole other one to do post-filing. It focuses more on budgeting and decision making.
Pay no attention to anything I post. I graduated last in my class from a fly-by-night law school that no longer exists; I never studied or went to class; and I only post on internet forums when I'm too drunk to crawl away from the computer.

The second one is boring. Well, that's my personal opinion. It's also at least a 3 hour class.

And by the way DUMBAGAIN, nothing, absolutely nothing, nothing, nothing in the 2005 BAPCPA act is or was intended to be for your (the debtor's) own good. Credit counseling is merely an obstacle and an expense. It's designed to and does make obtaining relief more difficult and more expensive. Do you know how exhausting those things can be for elderly people who have trouble hearing and don't know how to use the computer?

The act was written by the credit card companies and for the credit card companies, and their close friends, the sub-prime automobile lenders. Senator Charles [[[haaaauuuuuuuuuugh! spit!]]]]]] Grassley was their leading champion in Congress. If there is anything in there for you, it's very minor and was left in by accident.

Lest you think that Senator [[[[haaaauuuuuuuuugh! spit!]]]]] Grassley just happened to stumble into his leading role, check out who financed his campaign.
