I have my 341 next week and I am supposed to bring my bank statements, but my one account was closed in January. Do I need to bring this statement since it wasn't current at the time I filed?

When was your filing date? If it was within six months of when you closed that account you will more than likely have to supply that information as they may be interested in where the balance went when you closed it. When in doubt, call your attorney and ask._________________________________________

I filed on July 27th. I called the credit union where I had the account (they are part of my bankruptcy) and they said they closed my account in January. I had maybe $5 in the account when they closed it.....
I did contact my attorney, but haven't heard back and my 341 is this coming Wednesday....Comment
