Just looked up my list of claims on the NDC site and found one very large discrepancy. My second mortgage is listed as a scheduled amount of $249,990. when the actual amount is $24,990. Will this affect my 341 and confirmation? Should attorney and/or trustee be notified?

Filed July 2009. Discharged 08/08/2014. Awaiting closing. We made it !!!!

If you notice a mistake on the schedules, you should notify your attorney.
Let your attorney decide what needs to happen. That is what you are paying him/her for.

that is a huge difference and could cause the trustee to take a second look at your plan and determine that it isn't feasible. Definitely object to this and get it changed asap.Comment

Yes call the attorney that is a huge difference, but don't worry to much, that is well worth revising your petition.
