is meting of creditors and "341" meeting the same thing?

Yes it is. You will never see the term 341 in formal documents you get from the courts other than as a number of some rule persuant to the BK laws. But it is commonly, and in slang terms referred to as the '341'.
Have ready to bring with you your DL or picture ID and your SS card. And anything else your attorney may tell you to bring.
