Chapter 13 and the Union thinking of striking

I work for a company that has a Union. They are thinking about striking because the company wants to drop pay by $2.80 and have us pay about $2800 for medical per year.

Being in Chap 13 is stressful already, how will this affect me since this is beyong my control. I am in Texas.

First you cannot do anything until the event actually occurs and there is a change in your income or expenses. When and if the event occurs, get detailed information in writing from your employer as to the drop in pay and expense increases (a first paystub would also be helpful showing the changes) and your attorney will advise you as to your particular situation.
