Met with an attorney. Asked a bunch of questions. Got a lot of solid answers. Learned more about what is allowed when determining monthly expenses. Found out we can't have any money in the bank when we file.

Signing the papers on our new car this afternoon. Saying goodbye to my old car(sorry to see her go).

Going to begin the ploicy of not paying unsecured debt(on advice of attorney). The phone is gonna go crazy.

Probably take two months to get my life caught up then we will file in Oct/Nov.

We are. Chapter 13. I just want to make sure i get some big expenses out of the way before we file. Some dental work i know i need and some home repairs that we have been putting off. the costs are high enough thast i don't think we would be able to get them done doen for quite awhile after we file so we decided to do them before.
