All set to mail everything in to lawyer

Looks like today I will be putting everything in a file and mailing off to the lawyer!! I'm so excited. I'm wondering 2 things however, I just got promoted at work and my new pay actually takes effect today. I think we will be ok, but does anyone know if raises effect payback very much? I got like a 9% raise.

Also, once we file it is my understanding I need to mail in my first payment within 30 days. Has anyone done this and then had them also take money out of your paycheck? I don't have any extra and can't afford a double dip.

    Thanks, Dumbagain.
Filed August 09, all payments made as of July 12th, 2013.....Waiting on final audit and discharge!

The raise will need to be figured in to your income for the ch13 payback.

Make sure to include that information to the lawyer, you may want to wait to file until you get your first check so you can make sure what your new take home pay is. If you have any type of raise at all before you are confirmed (expectually before the 341) you will need to modify your plan with your new income.

If you are in less than a 100% payback it will raise your plan payment by the amount of your raise unless you also have additional expenses that also need added because of the job change.
