Hello everyone,
I am ready now to get on with the rest. Finally got the attorney paid in full. Was informed on where and how to do the Credit Counciling. The receptionist also said.... they are sooo back logged and busy with other filers, it could be weeks until we get a meeting with the paralegal to get the ball rolling. If the creditors still call - refer them to us.
This is why I paid the fees in full. I am trying to avoid the calls from coming. I really don't want them to call me at work - and I am afraid of getting any kind of papers served.
Has anyone else run into problems getting started because of the attorneys office being "overrun" with workload? Any advise? I am really worried about my job finding out what is happening.
