In Virginia
I filed in Virginia 11/07 and confirmed 2/08. I surrendered my home 5/08 and it foreclosed (deed transferred to lender) 11/08. The process has been relatively easy. I was worried but have found that it is better than I had imagined. I pay $500 monthly and went through Richmond court. What specifically are you questions?Comment
