Signed papers today

Went over all of my info with my lawyers paralegal today and signed all of the papers to file. Looks like we'll be paying about $275/mo to pay my past due prop taxes, strip my 2nd and pay about $60k in unsecured debt. He thinks that he has all of the bases covered and that the trustee shouldn't fight the plan, "but you never know what a trustee will decide to fight".

Congrats! I signed my papers today too! Not as good of an outcome as yours ($1520 mo) @ 60% but it's doable and I hope my trustee lets it go through too. Good luck to you.
