I went on pacer today for the first time. Under the claims section there was nothing there but the attorney. Under Parties there were the trustee, our names, the house and eCAST. Is that all that filed claims then? Just the house and eCAST? Also, the deadline to file was 4/6/09 but eCAST wasn't added until July 2009. Will they still be able to receive money from us? I understand who eCAST is but was curious. I noticed also on the hearings section that the hearing in regards to eCAST taking over HBSC claims was terminated on 7/24/09, although the hearing deadline was 8/17/09. The event filed date was 7/20/09. Make sense? Any ideas?

the trustee might allow ecast because they filed the motion to take over the debt from HSBC. Now sometimes, Pacer doesn't always get all of the claims listed but as a rule it is very accurate. You might want to check it against the 13network or the 13datacenter to see what is filed there.
But if you are in a 100 percent plan and only those filed claims then that is all you will owe and you will be done very quickly. GL if the trustee was going to object to the late filed claim, it would say objection filed by the trustee and since it doesn't then he is allowing ecast.
