Trustee requests 341 be continued. Should I be worried?

My 341 is scheduled for next week, which was about 45 days after fileing.

Today I find out the trustee has requested it be continued because they do not have enough time to review all the documents before the scheduled meeting.

Can I assume my case is being looked at pretty closely?

you can assume but you know what they say about those that assume anything. It could be that your trustee is just plain swamped and his staff doesn't have enough time to get to all the filings before your 341. Or he could be looking at it closely. You will know in good time because if he objects to it, you will get a letter.
