Got the official copy of the "Plan" and am happily surprised. My attorney has crammed down one of my car payments to less than half of what is owed on it! Car was just two months over the 910 and I am glad. That will be a $400/mo bill I don't have to send out. It will now be paid out of the Plan payment. I end up paying back 28% of the total unsecured debt over the five years. That is $1,620 less per month going out before I considered bk. I can definately live within the budget I worked out and can manage to save a little for the emergency fund. Keeping fingers crossed for 341 and confirmation hearings already scheduled. I am on the road to being debt free and there is light at the end of the tunnel! What a relief!
