Claims bar date passed B of A no claim

I am shocked that my claims bar date has passed 6/29 and B of A did not file a claim. We had a 48K line of credit so I guess they will get nothing. All of our other creditors filed a claim but they were the biggest.
    Filed 2/3/09
    341 Meeting 3/31/09
Motion to value 2nd hearing 5/7/09 motion granted
    Confirmation hearing 6/4/09 - CONFIRMED

If you have a PACER account, check to make sure BofA did not file a hardship request to extend the claim period with the court. (If you don't have a PACER account, then ask your lawyer to check.)

There are so many bankruptcy filings now, you may slipped unnoticed by the BofA lawyers due to the sheer number of Ch 13 claims BofA is trying to file right now. Also BofA may have decided that it's costing them more to deal with the partial Ch 13 payments than it's worth. Sure hope that one of these turns out to be the case for you!

BofA not filing a claim won't reduce your 13 payment, but if your plan is able to pay off your other creditors that did file claims 100% before 60 months are up, that will reduce the length of your plan
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

I do have a pacer account and nothing was filed, I also double checked with our lawyer and he said nothing was filed. This will not put us in 100% payback or reduce our plan I was just suprised that they did not file for 48K and JC Penny did for $100. you just never know.

WOW!!!! Was it in collections, or still with B Of A? We have a 35k line of credit that was recently charged off, and I wonder if we'll have the same "luck"
