I MUCH better experience than the 1st time. Looks like we'll be able to protect the LLC's and the gun collection since we have enough money to pay into the plan.

This guy is YOUNG, but he knew what he was talking about. My husband and I felt very releived when we left there, not like the one a few weeks ago where the lawyer used a lot of "maybe, posisbly, likely, or I don't know" answers.

Becasue of a disbursement from the LLC, we are waiting until Oct. 2nd to file!!

Also, about college, trustee usually balks at more debt, so if I can find away to attend with out loans (unlikely) then I can go back.

That is great news to hear about your prospective new attorney. It sounds like this new youngster had decided to specialize in BK law.

On the college issue: try 'googling' Pell Grants. They are grants specifically geared for higher education. I know several people who have successfully applied and gotten one.
