    chapter 13 convert to a 7 or 11

    Need help here!

    I filed a Chapter 13 pro se.
At creditors hearing, 2 creditors lawyers showed up.
I wished I never shown up, what would happen if I didnot?

The lawyer for the secured real estate 3rd deed of trusts shown up and questioning me about my assets.

Chapter 13 trustee called me evasive...
he asked me how much debts I have, I said $5 to $10 million.

Trustee screamed abused of process, threatened to recommend to convert to a 7 or 11

If I don't file my plan and schedules, (I got an extension), I would be automatically be dismissed.

I don't want a 7 or be liquidated, please help?

You are in way too deep at this point for anyone here to help you. You need strong legal representation from an experienced Ch 13 attorney, and fast.

Start by contacting your state's bar and asking for referrals. Interview a minimum of 3-4 in your local area as quickly as you can. Retain one and pray that he/she can get you out of this hole you've dug for yourself trying to go it alone. Keep in mind that it's going to cost you a lot more than a standard 13 because of the complications you created by filing a 13 pro se (without a lawyer). Come back and let us know what you find out, ok? Best of luck to you.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

    06/01/06 - Filed Ch 13
    06/28/06 - 341 Meeting
    07/18/06 - Confirmation Hearing - not confirmed, 3 objections
10/05/06 - Hearing to resolve 2 trustee objections
01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
    09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
    08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !

    10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

      Trustee's upset

Actually the non-filing of plans and get dismissed might be good for me.

Then I have to file the chapter 11 on each of the real estate.

Each are owned by a different LLC.

      Does this make sense.

Finding lawyer who is not busy is not easy.

      Love to hear any advice.

be careful here. THe trustee is thinking abuse and if so, you could be prosecuted for trying to hide assets etc You could end up in jail. GET A LAWYER ASAP and don't try to do this alone. You don't have enough knowledge of the law to proceed. The trustee COULD bar you from filing on ANY OF THESE ASSETS, EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
