How to incorporate bills you have yet to see.

I want to know how can I put in my petition possible medical bills for treatment that occurs prior to filing, but you have yet to see the actual bills from the hospital?

You could list the creditor and list the value as 'unknown'
    Filed CH 7 9/30/2008
    Discharged Jan 5, 2009! Closed Jan 18, 2009

I am not an attorney. None of my advice is legal advice in any way..

Thats what I thought I could do, I will just list it as I see it on my medical claims history on my insurance providers website. I dont want to file and then get stuck with some bill after the wifes hospital stay. thanks startingover

I know what you mean! I should be filed tomorrow. It has been 7 months since I hired the attorney. Do you have a lawyer or are you going pro se?

If the paperwork that the court provides for the pro se filer was not so complex, I probably would, but I can find a low cost attorney with a program I found, in fact I will be hiring one next week. unfortunately, it is my third one, lol(but not really). It sure has bought me some time though hiring one before even defaulting on everything, coming up on almost a year with no suits.
