ch13 to 7 conversion experiences?

I`m in the process of converting from a 13 to a 7 and am looking for people who have experienced this. Was there anything you wish you would have known or done differently? Were there any avoidable pitfalls? I have a 1st and 2nd mortgage, and auto loan I have been paying outside the plan. I definately want to reaffirm the vehicle to prevent any chance of repo, but should I reaffirm the mortgages? I really want and can afford to keep the house. Thanks for all input in advance.
