Anyone sell a home with stripped lien prior to CH13 discharge

the lien is stripped but not discharged until you finish your chapter 13 plan.
You might be able to sell it but if you don't finish your plan then that
2nd mortgage becomes debt like the others.

House won't pass clear title till lien is gone

My understanding - as we are attempting a lien strip with our BK - is that the lien is not removed until the discharge is complete. You would not be able to pass clear title to sell the house while the lien is still there. Therefore you cannot sell the property until you are discharged.
