I filled for CH13 in Dec 2008. I got the Trustees permission to sell my house (the biggest asset) in Jan 09 and the the house sold in June 09. What is left in my CH13 now are two cars and some credit cards totaling about $40,000. Does it make sense to stay in CH13 for the next 50+ months? What is the best way to get out of CH13 in my case?
