Its been about a month since our confirmtion hearing. Only a few questions asked and everything went well, but it still does not say anything about being confirmed on the pacer. Should i be worried?

Keep in mind that there is no defined time limit after the confirmation hearing when a 13 plan has to be confirmed or not. Your plan is confirmed when your trustee declares it confirmed. You have to put on your patience hat in a 13 because the court and trustee often move at their own glacial pace.
Your lawyer will be contacted first if the trustee or a creditor have concerns about your plan and the objection filed and posted to PACER. Objections are far more common in 13s than in 7s, but luckily almost all of them are resolved *before* your confirmation hearing.
If you haven't heard anything yet after a month, PACER doesn't show anything new posted, and your lawyer hasn't heard anything either, then there's no sense worrying over what *might* happen. Instead focus your energies on staying within your budget and keep making your payments on time every month without fail. That's all we filers have control over in a 13....the official confirmation will take care of itself in good time.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

I'm wondering if that was your "initial" confirmation hearing, or final confirmation hearing. Your confirmation is not final until a Confirmation Order is issued.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

Hi, good to hear you got confirmed.
You will get a confirmation letter signed by the Judge on the mail, your attorney will get one too, it will say how much you will be paying and the % in unsecured (if any). Be patient sometimes trustees have a load of work so it takes a little while for them to mail things out. Good luck and keep making your regular mortgage payment and your plan payment just like 1rprm said.
