You need the trustee's permission to sell your home if you are in a 13. Seeing as you haven't filed just yet, if you sell before you file I'd bet that you'd have to surrender any profit you make on the sale upon filing? You would also need another place to live and have to figure your rent payment in your 13 plan? You should talk to your attorney about all this.Comment
