In many Districts, all secured payments are made through the Trustee (aka "inside the plan"). This is normal.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

I guess the rest is taxes and/or attorney fees? That is, the $614 less the $187 car payment or about $425/month? What else is in your plan? (How much is your mortgage and/or do you have mortgage arrears?)Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

I wonder what the rest of the payment is for then. Certainly it's some lawyer fees in there, and some Trustee fees. I don't see how to get from $187/month to $614/month.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
