Does this seem "Normal"

We are in Pinal county AZ & had our 341 6/5. Our attorney did say it would take 2-3 months to be confirmed. It appears that the cousts are so busy they dont do anyhting with your case until after you attend your 341.

I keep looking at "13 Data center" & do see our case, howver we only have 2 claims so far, 1 is the attorney fees & the other is the chapter 13 trustee. Our trustee does use the "data center network"

I guess I I am concerned that I dont see nay other creditors listed like our cars which we are paying through the plan. We have already made 2 payments & it also shows the money not released.

Any info would be appreciated!!!

Yes. That is normal. The trustee will not send anyone any payments until the judge orders disbursement.

I am in Pima County and filed 8/2008. It took me 5 months to get confirmed and some of my creditors didn't make a claim until the last day possible. I am sure the filings have really gotten heavier may take a while longer to get confirmation.

My goodness...my creditors are on the ball! We had our 341 on 6/17 and almost all of them have filed claims already in 13 data center even though they will only have about $2k to split by 23 creditors at disbursement. Go figure! Still waiting on confirmation hopefully in the about 6 weeks.

wow... my district is confirming plans in a matter of days after the 341. If the trustee has no objections she recommends confirmation and the judge signs it a day or two later.

We don't even have a confirmation hearing (unless there is a dispute) well, there is a hearing, but no one has to go. They clearly say neither the debtor or the attorney needs to be present unless you have been informed of your need to attend.
