Would creditor file claim if they were going to AP?

Anyone know if a creditor files a claim does that mean chances are low they plan on fileing an AP claiming the debt being non-dischargeable?

I would imagine they wouldn't file a claim if that was the case, no?

From my research, unrelated. An Adversary Proceeding (AP) can be construed as a claim, in and of itself.

However, most will file a claim as well. Whether the claim comes in before the AP is 50-50.

      The two issues are unrelated.
