After the confirmation hearing, how long does it take to show up on the pacer or datacenter saying that you are confirmed?

It depends on your District. If the Judge, at the confirmation hearing confirms the Plan, then the Trustee is tasked with writing up the Order of Confirmation. Sometimes, it's quick as the prepared order is already completed. If there are some other changes that need to be done, based on oral testimony at the confirmation hearing, then it can take a week or two before the Order is prepared, sent to the judge for signature, and then entered into PACER.
