    which forms do I need to fill out before seeing attorney?

    Can you lead me to a link, and advice of which forms I should fill out before seeing an attorney?

    (More than likely, your attorney will have his/her own set of questionnaires to extract information from you.)

      Each attorney that I set up a consult with either gave me a list or email me a list of things they needed/wanted me to bring to the consultation. They will let you know.
      May 2008 Hired 1st Attorney/Stopped paying CCs
      May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
      May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
      9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!
