Means test or I vs J

The issue you will have is whether your disposable income is calculated from the Means Test or Schedule I vs J in Washington[/COLOR]read this in another post.

Does WA state have 2 different test for income after expenses??? If so maybe it can help in my situation since I am self employed and all of my business income is considered income.

    Thanks so much.......

hopefully you're deducting your business expenses.
I do not provide legal advice. All I do here is give my two cents as an opinion and at least share some of the facts that I know. Attorneys can provide legal advice, so go ask them or hire one.

Yes I am deducting my expenses. However they use my TOTAL or gross receipts as my income.
For this reason would it be better for me to downsize wait 6 months and file Chpt 7?
