Our confirmation hearing was this afternoon and when I emailed our attorney she said our plan was confirmed. I am so happy and relieved. The Trustee had initially requested documentation for all of our expenses. I had actual receipts for 5 out of the 6 months and bank statements for the rest we inindated them with paperwork. (my attorney was so suprised that we kept such a good record of everything.) Here is the run down:
1st mortgage - 1580. paid outside the plan
1st car payment 490 outside plan
2nd car payment 380 outside plan
2nd mortgage - 50K lien stripped (now unsecured)
addtl unsecured debt - 134K
Plan payment - 700.00 per month for 60 months 4 down 56 left!!! Now to stay under the radar and get through it.
