I'm on unemployment from my former W2 job, and also have some self employment income - trying to work every agle to make some money. My husband's is self-employment income and low. We also have some income from MIL living with us and giving us a stipend for her board- while my husband serves as her health care worker, which limits him from getting 2nd job.
We filed CH 13 months later than expected, so budget submitted was skewed from anticipated income numbers taken from months ago, and down from what was submitted. Had 341 hearing last week and ttee wants P&Ls for 6 mo prior to current month - to be submitted before confirmation. I'm afraid the plan won't be confirmed. Just learning all about this, so forgive my ignorance. Is it best to suggest to atty that we amend the plan now, before ttee gets all this documentation to review? I think the monthly is too high as we're already struggling to pay the mortgage. MIL is lending us some $ to make the bills.
