Are there any kentucky filers out there?? Would be interested to hear any info about dealing with the trustee or attorneys. I'm in the western district. Is there anything I should know about this district before filing?

I think the trustee in KY is pretty much within the guidelines and laws which apply to all states as laws are in place to govern the behavior of all parties in bankruptcy regardless of the state... Sure their maybe some variance state by state but without any case specifics to your current dilemma I dont think we can offer detailed advice?Started in Chapt 13 Switched to Chapt 7 Discharged 2009 Dec.........Filed New Chapt 13 in 2010 to deal with new surgery bill and stripped second mortgage!
