Lien strip should be no issue, 1st underwater by about 65k. Doing the prelim numbers he was showing me paying less for my trustee payment than I have been paying on the second alone, most of which will be going to pay delinquent property tax and a missed payment on my first (to pay the lawyer). When I asked him how much my unsecured creditors would get, he said "very little". We have about 55k in unsecured debt and we'll be adding the second to that as well. We would qualify for a CH7 under the means test factoring in expenses, but we'll get more out of the CH13.
