I DO have a call in to my attorney, but no call back yet, so I'm on here asking if any of you have gone through what I am. My confirmation was denied pending a house appraisal. I just got something in the mail last week stating: "Now comes Chapter 13 Trustee herin and withdraws his objection to confirmation filed on 3/19/2009 and therefore recommends to the Court that the Debtor(s) plan be confirmed. Dated 4/27/09." Soooo.....has it been confirmed? Am I good to go? Now all I have to do is the hard part and make that stinking payment of $1,100 per month?

When I had objections to my plan by the trustee, and then the trustee withdrew the objection, it took about 20 more days for the judge to finalize the deal. I guess because there was a waiting period for ALL objections prior to confirmation, and the judge was waiting out the time frame in case a creditor or someone else besides the trustee had an objection. But as long as there is no objection, assume your plan will be confirmed and just start making those stinking payments (mine is $1100/month too, so I feel you there!)Filed CH 13 September 17, 2007
Plan Modified July 8, 2009 from $1100/month to $400/month due to change in income, finally discharged in July of 2013!
