i have equity in one motorcycle and the lawyer said the trustee will be very interested in it...

i had almost rather get rid of my PU truck and keep the motorcycle, but the lawyer didnt think much of that idea..

i was thinking i could find a girl-friend with a car for rainy days... but, probably not!

the good news is that you cant give away an expensive motorcycle in todays market... makes the trustee think about it..

Thank you everone for all your input. All of this figuring out what to do is giving me a big headache. Well I will live and learn. Now after another stressfull day at the office, I have to sit down and write my response to my 20 day foreclosure summons, I have to buy time until July 15th. I know there is light at the end of this tunnell!!
