Need to file CH13. Is Credit Counceling

required prior to seeing an attorney? I heard it is required, given the new law. If so, can anyone recommend one? I live in the Phoenix, AZ area, if also know of a good attorney in the Phoenix, area, please let me know as well.

You don't need the counseling until you are ready to file.

You can see as many attorney's as you like without the counseling. Many of the attorney's include the counseling fee in your total payment - ask the attorney.
