I need help!! Can I increase my expenses as shown to decrease my chapter 13 payments?

The expenses in a chapter 13 are based on your actual expenses. You just have to be able to prove them. The IRS standards are really for a chatper7. I was above the IRS standards on several items, but I had reciepts and a history of paying those amounts. I was apporved, no problems.
