I just went on to 13Datacenter to review our file. Of the 24 creditors listed, 18 of them are those collection companies that buy out bad debts.I don't understand something. Under the Claim amount, the creditor has listed the original amount owed. The SCHEDULED amount is the same. But I print a copy every time I log on and in the beginning the scheduled amount agreed with what our BK filing stated. What are they trying to pull? As an example, we had a repo from Chrysler that we owed $12k on after. The scheduled amount in the reports in the beginning were like $1500 on a 12% payback. Now they say we're scheduled for the original $12k!!! Then there's good ol' "Asset Accept$^#@,PRA Receiva%#$%, ECAST Settle$@$$ and even a B-Real. They have done the same thing! Will we be a target of zombie collection after our plan is done??? Will it be legal? We have 35 payments left!!! Thanks.

I don't think the creditors put anything into the site, it's the trustee's office who updates it. it's my understanding that whatever your plan base was, that is what you will have to pay, and the rest will be discharged, no matter how it's currently reporting in the CH 13 network site.Filed CH 13 September 17, 2007
Plan Modified July 8, 2009 from $1100/month to $400/month due to change in income, finally discharged in July of 2013!
