How can you force bank to adjust interest rate

I have now been waiting for a reply from my BK lawyer for 1.5 month. Just got back to me today with bad news. I had asked if there was a way in light of interest rates being at a all time low, to force my bank to adjust my rates. His response was no.

My rates are not that high but any adjustment would help at this point. Can your attorney reguest to the BK judge and force your bank to adjust?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

are you talking about your house loan? Because BK judges have absolutely NO power over mortgages, and cannot change the loan agreements there at all. Other loans, yes, mortgage, no, at least for the time being unless the laws change.
