Does the Trustee tell you at the 341 meeting if your plan will be confirmed? How long does it usually take after the meeting to get confirmed?

In most Districts, the Trustee, at the 341 Meeting, will tell you (and your lawyer) if there any perceived problems with any of the paperwork and/or the submitted Plan.

This is to give you and your lawyer a chance to take corrective action prior to confirmation and a formal objection.

This doesn't mean that the Trustee won't bring up new issues after the 341 Meeting.
