I am going to see my attorney this evening. okay, I need help finding the bk rule that unsecured creditors do not have to be paid at a certain percentage but must get atleast the amount they would have received in a chapter 7 filing. My attorney is stating unsecured creditors have to be paid 50 cents on a dollar. I don't believe this is true because some people get confirmed with zero to unsecured creditors. I am going to look over the paperwork again today because my desposable income should be negative after my exemptions. can someone please help me find where this info is listed in the bk code. thanks
