Drive never mentioned a limit to me, and said nothing about what kind of vehicle I was purchasing. The vehicle I purchased was over 30k, and I financed 21k.

This whole car buying thing is more trouble than it's worth.
Sure, it's a ripoff, and no one would agree to the terms I agreed to, but I have no other choice at this point in my life. (notice I didn't post any numbers... lol ) I've tried and tried to get approved at a realistic rate and I just don't have it. Time ran out, the ignition on my granny's car quit working as I tried to leave the buy here pay here place. It did start, but I'm not sure how many more chances I have with it. So the timing couldn't have been any better. Hoping it starts just one more time, to get me to the lot. In the end, I will have a reliable ride, that I can call my own. That's all that matters right now.11/08 Filed Ch13

Does Drive Financial put a limit on the amount you can borrow? How much is it? Do they restrict the sort of car you can get?
I don't understand why some of the special financing companies restrict the cars offered.
[I]m not sure for every situation, but yes I had a limit of $18,000, no restrictions, car of my choice. as long as it wasnt a junker
